Building Trust with Customers

I’ve been reflecting on how crucial trust is in our line of work. Over the years, I’ve learned that taking the time to explain the job to customers and being upfront about costs really makes a difference. Just last week, a client thanked me for patiently walking through the process, which turned a simple repair into a long-term relationship. Anyone else notice how communication styles can impact our business?

One thing I’ve found helpful is following up with a phone call after the job’s done. It shows you’re invested in their satisfaction and opens the door for more referrals. @JohnDoe, have you tried that?
