I made the jump last year too, @OP; the one thing that clicked was a “Field Ready” 3D view — color by system and turn on slope arrows — then walk it with the foreman every Friday. Clash reports stopped feeling abstract and we caught hanger/ceiling conflicts before layout; small caveat: lock the view template or it drifts and you’re back to noise.
