I’ve been working with rookie apprentices lately and I’ve noticed how much better they perform when they use quality tools. A decent pipe cutter, for instance, saves time and reduces the risk of damaging pipe ends. It’s really rewarding to see them appreciate the difference in their work and grow in their skills.
